Booking Information

We look forward to having you check in after 2 p.m. On departure day, please be sure to check out of your holiday apartment, room or studio by no later than 10 a.m.

In front of our farm, you will find plenty of parking as well as shelters for motorbikes and bicycles, roof boxes can also be stored there during your stay.

Our cozy wellness area, featuring bio sauna, infrared heat cabin and a quiet room, gives you the soothing relaxation you long for during a winter holiday.

All holiday apartments, the room and the studio are no-smoking accommodations. Please restrict your smoking solely to the balcony or terrace.

We will be glad to make arrangements for daily delivery of fresh bread or rolls for breakfast. Simply let us know what you need the day before.

We are happy to provide various equipment for the use of our littlest guests: cots/cribs incl. bedding, high chairs, changing mats, baby bathtubs, diaper pails, baby carriers etc.

We wash your laundry for you on request, subject to a charge.

Enjoy the bright sunshine out in our garden, equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers, sun umbrellas, garden corner with table and bench, a gazebo with a table and chairs for relaxing, raised vegetable beds, small stream where you can build dams with your children, lots of places to sit, grill, playground and more.

The bus stop is located just 200 m from the Nöglhof.

You are welcome to borrow from us (at no charge) sleds, snow discs and baby carriers.

You will receive the free Salzburger Sportwelt Card (guest card) directly on your smartphone once you have registered. It allows you to take advantage of numerous discounts for different attractions as well as other offers in towns that belong to the Salzburger Sportwelt region.

You are welcome to use our WiFi Internet connection in all holiday apartments and rooms for free.

Accommodation prices do not include the local tourism tax. This will be charged on site.

When staying in a holiday apartment, we bill a one-time charge for final cleaning of € 60 per apartment.

We charge a short-stay surcharge depending on the season.

Please note that we charge a supplement for single occupancy, depending on the season.

In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask you to transfer a deposit to our bank account. Once it has been received, you will have a firm booking. Please pay the remaining amount due in cash on the evening before you are scheduled to depart.

Cancelation conditions as stipulated by the Austrian hotel industry will apply.

A booking is also a purchase contract. In the event of cancelation, delayed arrival or premature departure, you may well incur cancellation charges. For this reason, we recommend purchasing a travel cancelation insurance.
